All trips include accommodations; most meals; snacks and drinks for each day’s ride or field trip; the support of our guides; the use of a bike and jersey; private cultural tours, private wine and food tasting; entrance fees to all group and individual events; daily route support; all transportation during your sojourn and the luggage transfers;

Airfare is not included in the price. Insurance is not included in the price.


To reserve your place you could just call us and speak with our travel advisor, or as an alternative, make your reservation on line filling our booking form.

If you make a reservation before 120 days prior to the trip, a 25% deposit is due. If you reserve your trip less than 60 days prior to the departure, the full balance is due at the time of booking.


Booking must be made at least 30 days prior to departure, but when possible we are always happy to accommodate last minute bookings, particularly if self guided


Of course a PATH gift certificates is an original way to let your friends enjoy a unique holidays in souther Italy. Gift certificates are available in any amount desired and can be spent on any scheduled trip. To purchase gift certificates please contact us.


When a trip is booked, and a deposit is received you will receive a confirmation letter and most of the information related to your trip. 1 month before departure you will receive more specific information about the itinerary, the local and regional history as well as some training tips if a trekking or cycling holiday is booked,

One week prior to your departure you will receive confirming of local contacts and specific meeting locations and any last minute information that could be required.


At any time if the minimum number of participants required to operate a trip is not met, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers could be compromised, Path has the right to cancel the trip. In this case, refund of payments received by Path shall constitute full settlement and Path cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable air tickets.

In case you cancel your booking the following cancellation fee will be applied:

for cancellation received between 120 and 91 days before departure cancellation fee is 10% of the trip price
for cancellation received between 60 and 30 days before departure cancellation fee is 50% of the trip price
for cancellation received less than 30 days before departure cancellation fee is 100% of the trip price


Although not required we strongly recommend you purchase a travel insurance in the event of lost baggage, medical emergency, hospital treatment, medical evacuation and to cover any activities, including adventure sports, in which you plan to participate.


Yes you can change your booking for self guided trip up to 1 months before the original trip departure date.


Yes, for no extra fees our Travel consultant will assist you in planning you trip, just let us know and we will help you with all your arrangements from accommodations, rent a car, buy a train tickets to organize additional sight-seeing activities.


On most trips we include a pick up service from airport or train station. If we decide for a specific meeting point, details of it will be included in you final trip documents. Airport transfers when provided are included in your trip price.


We need a minimum of two people to run most of our trips. As long as this minimum guest enrollment is met, trips are guaranteed to run. If a trip must be canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued.


We allow a maximum of 6 participants for cookery vacation; we accept up to 12 participants for olive oil making weeks, introductory wine courses & walking tours of Salento ; we accept up to 20 participants for biking tours or private and custom trips; this will ensures that each guest receives sufficient individual support and dedicated attention.


The price of your biking holidays includes the use of an Italian Bianchi trekking bicycle. If our bicycles should not be available, models of comparable quality will be provided.


On biking trips we fit and fix your bicycles along the trip, provide all luggage transfers and lead the group. The support van ensure lift and assistance when required. Fresh water and snacks are also provided on all trips. On walking holidays the availability of van support will be depending on routs and circumstances.


You are normally free to ride and walk as much or as little as you like on any day of your trip as the support van will let you rest and join the group anytime you like along the way. Average cycling/walking involved is about 30km/60km per day, but longer rides are always available for the avid cyclists.


You do not need to be a professional cyclist, but we recommend you work with your physician to assess your level of physical fitness and ensure you will comfortably cycle and walk with us.


Yes you can bring your own bike, but please note that Path do not assume responsibility for the safety of or damage to your bike. You are responsible for providing the maintenance to your bike and any spare parts that may be used during the trip. You are also responsible for assembling your bike upon arrival and disassembling it upon departure.
