When a trip is booked, you will receive a confirmation letter,
and only when full payment is made you will receive more specific information about the itinerary, the local and regional history as well as some training tips if a trekking or cycling holiday is booked.

At any time if the minimum number of participants required to operate a trip is not met, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers could be compromised, Path has the right to cancel the trip. In this case, refund of payments received by Path shall constitute full settlement and Path cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable air tickets.

Yes and proof of purchase of travel insurance will be required before departure in the event of lost baggage, medical
emergency, hospital treatment, medical evacuation and to cover any activities, including adventure sports, in which you plan to participate.

On most trips we include a pick up service from airport or train station. If we decide for a specific meeting point, details of it will be included in you final trip documents. Airport transfers when provided are included in your price.
We need a minimum of three people to run most of our trips.
As long as this minimum guest enrollment
is met, trips are guaranteed to run. If a trip must be canceled due to low
enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
We allow a maximum of 6 participants for cookery vacation;
we accept up to 12 participants for olive oil making weeks, introductory wine courses & walking tours of Salento ;
we accept up to 20 participants for biking tours or private and custom trips;
this will ensures that each guest receives sufficient individual support and dedicated attention.
The price of your biking holidays includes the use of an Italian Bianchi trekking bicycle. If our bicycles should not be available, models of comparable quality will be provided.
On biking trips we fit and fix your bicycles along the trip, provide all luggage transfers and the full time service of our guides who lead the group. The support van ensure lift and assistance when required. Fresh water and snacks are also provided on all trips. On walking holidays the availability of van support will be depending on routs and circumstances.
You are normally free to ride and walk as much or as little as you like on any day of your trip as the support van will let you rest and join the group anytime you like along the way. Average cycling/walking involved is about 30km/50km per day, but longer rides are always available for the avid cyclists.
You don’t need to be a professional cyclist, but we recommend you work with your physician to assess your level of physical fitness and ensure you will comfortably cycle and walk with us.
Yes you can bring your own bike, but please note that Path do not assume responsibility for the safety of or damage to your bike. You are responsible for providing the maintenance to your bike and any spare parts that may be used during the trip. You are also responsible for assembling your bike upon arrival and disassembling it upon departure.
