A unique opportunity to actively experience the harvest and the all process of making your own cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.

A week long sojourn to pick and press olives, to taste the liquid gold and explore the countryside, the towns and the small villages of Puglia enjoying its food, wine and tradition. During this time you will get familiar with the local cultivar and the harvest technique. Tasting different type of olive oil from different producers and of Puglia and Italy, with the help of our expert, you will learn how to tast the olive oil, how to recognise a good olive oil and how to void a bad one, how to mach it with food, and of course how to produce it in the most natural way.

This trip will give you the opportunity to explore Lecce and the surroundings villages with charming and knowledgeable local guides, while daily field trips will take us to meet selected local producers enjoining wine and food tasting. Giuliana will do for us some cooking demo of extra virgin olive oil based local recipes, giving to the participants the opportunity to take a cooking class.
